During Anime Expo 2026 in Los Angeles, the anime franchise unveiled a large-scale promotional campaign centered around a collaboration with Atlassian Williams Racing, bringing a specially designed Formula 1 concept car to one of the world’s biggest anime conventions.
The event marks the first major step in a worldwide marketing strategy leading up to the anime’s third season, which is currently planned for 2027. According to MBS, the production committee intends to showcase the series at more than 30 exhibitions and events around the world before the new season premieres.

Rather than limiting promotion to trailers and social media, the DAN DA DAN production committee is taking a broader approach to introducing the series to international audiences.
Anime Expo served as the launch point for that campaign, featuring one of the convention’s largest franchise booths. The display combined interactive attractions, exclusive merchandise, themed installations, and a full-size Williams Racing Formula 1 concept car wrapped in DAN DA DAN-inspired artwork, giving fans an experience that extended far beyond a traditional anime exhibit.
