After a long absence from FiGPiN’s lineup, Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon is making a return with an exclusive collectible heading to San Diego Comic-Con 2026. The company has revealed a brand-new Super Sailor Chibi Moon enamel pin, giving fans their first original full-size Sailor Moon FiGPiN design in years.
The announcement arrives as excitement continues to build around this year’s Comic-Con exclusives. With production limited to just 500 pieces, the collectible is expected to attract both longtime Sailor Moon fans and FiGPiN collectors looking for one of the convention’s rarest anime releases.
First New Full-Size Sailor Moon FiGPiN Since 2023
FiGPiN confirmed that the exclusive pin will be sold only at Booth #403 during San Diego Comic-Con, making it unavailable through standard retail channels. The design features Super Sailor Chibi Moon in her classic 1990s anime appearance, staying faithful to the original television series that introduced the character to audiences around the world.
The release also ends one of the longest quiet periods for Sailor Moon within FiGPiN’s catalog. While the company has continued expanding collections based on other anime franchises, the magical girl series has not received a completely new full-size design since its Winter 2023 lineup.
Because of the limited production run, demand is expected to be high throughout the convention, with collectors likely lining up early to secure one before the stock is exhausted.

Chibiusa Continues to Take Center Stage in 2026
The new collectible follows several recent celebrations centered around Chibiusa, one of Sailor Moon’s most popular characters. Earlier this year, creator Naoko Takeuchi shared new artwork celebrating the June 30 birthday of both Chibiusa and Usagi Tsukino, giving fans fresh illustrations that quickly gained attention across the community.
FiGPiN’s latest announcement continues that momentum by placing Chibiusa at the center of one of its biggest convention exclusives of the year. The company will also showcase its upcoming Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Mystery Mini Series 02 at SDCC before the blind-box collection receives a wider retail launch later in 2026.
Visitors spending $75 or more on eligible SDCC exclusive merchandise at Booth #403 will also receive a limited-edition FiGPiN logo pin featuring glow-in-the-dark details while supplies last.
Sailor Moon Collectors Have Plenty to Look Forward To
The FiGPiN reveal is only one of several high-profile Sailor Moon collectibles announced this year. Earlier in 2026, Tamashii Nations introduced a new Neo-Queen Serenity figure for its Figuarts ZERO chouette lineup, expanding the growing list of premium releases inspired by Naoko Takeuchi’s legendary franchise.
As more manufacturers continue investing in new Sailor Moon merchandise, 2026 is shaping up to be one of the strongest years for collectors in recent memory. From convention exclusives to high-end display figures, fans have no shortage of new additions for their collections.
The Super Sailor Chibi Moon FiGPiN will officially debut during San Diego Comic-Con 2026, which runs from July 23 through July 26. Additional details, including pricing and final purchasing information, are expected to be announced before the convention opens.
