New Cast Members Join the Sequel
The production team introduced two new cast additions for Season 2:
- Ami Koshimizu as Riina Yamabuki
- Kaede Hondo as Mito Yamabuki
The newly released teaser visual also offers a fresh preview of the upcoming season, highlighting the series’ main cast while building anticipation for the next chapter of the story.
Season 2 Set to Premiere in 2027
Alongside the new visual, the anime’s official staff confirmed that Season 2 will premiere in 2027. While an exact release date has not yet been announced, the confirmation reassures fans that production on the sequel is moving forward.

Based on Masakuni Igarashi’s Manga
Tune In to the Midnight Heart is based on the romantic comedy manga by Masakuni Igarashi. The story follows Arisu Yamabuki, a high school student searching for the mysterious online broadcaster known as Apollo. His search leads him to a school broadcasting club, where four aspiring voice performers each become possible candidates.
The manga continues to be serialized by Kodansha, while the anime adaptation has introduced the series to an even wider audience since its television debut.
